Our communities, the state of California and our entire country are in uncharted waters. In these uncertain times, I think it’s important to know how your friends, family, and even companies you do business with, are responding. I think we all bear a role in keeping each other safe.

For that reason, I want to tell you what our company is doing to keep customers and staff safe amid the coronavirus outbreak.

We remain open for business, yet all of our office employees are working remotely for at least the next two weeks. Our field staff will continue installing roofs, solar energy and storage systems as long as it is safe; they will take all necessary precautions and limit interactions with homeowners while maintaining the recommended “social distance”.

Our sales team members will work with homeowners digitally via video conferencing, email and phone calls for the foreseeable future. In-person meetings have been suspended until further notice.

For our existing customers, we’re available to help with any issues you are having with your roof, solar, or energy storage systems.

Perhaps more than ever, we are all dependent on each other. Please know that we are here for you to the extent we can be of service.

We look forward to the day when things are back to normal and all individuals and businesses can resume life as we knew it. In the meantime, we must all be alert, act in a safe manner, and show concern for our fellow citizens.
